Thinning Stock, picking favorites!

Hello everyone!

Today is another 48 hour reposing cycle for my auctions. A good time for review on what is selling and what is not. I have been doing the vendor recipe runs for a few months now and made really good gold from a few of the items. However my current stock of 100+ items is taking up way too much space, time and overall effort for my liking. I just don't want to post all of it anymore. Time to do some cleaning and pick the best of the best!

First I am going to take all the mail out of the mailbox, and then open up my tsm - Get the list of what is selling. As you can see from the screen provided, I am selling snowballs and wrapping paper...Total waste of space. I started to clear out my bank but got side tracked looking at the 10+ Red Woolen Bag patterns I had laying around in there!

I really like the vendor market because it provides decent gold with very little downsides. I find myself running around the world quite a bit these days so stopping by a known vendor to pick up a recipe that will give me a few extra gold for a few clicks of a mouse is pretty nice. I would have to stay steer clear of this market if your not into passive gold making. Gold per hour went out the window a long time ago...this is more like gold per year. It all does add up though.

What does sell:

Cooking Recipes -

I have been having success selling each of the cooking recipes I pick up! I have sold at least one of all of them. I will keep these in stock.

Transmutes -

Iron to Gold sells well enough to keep up for the time being but the main one I want to always have around is Transmute Arcanite. 304g for just pressing a button 4 or five times every two days...yes please!

Philosopher's Stone is doing nicely also with 4 sales in the last 2 months, each for almost 50g!













JC Designs -

Slower than the other ones so far but also in the 50g price range so I will be keeping them as well.
Most Notable would be Wicked Moonstone Ring but all other's are not far behind.

Enchant Recipes -

Similar to the JC - I will be keeping all of them in stock although they are on the slower side of sales.

Blacksmithing Plans -

This is the big daddy of them all! I will be keeping every single one of these up as much as possible. They sell like hotcakes!

Runic Plate - 1400g in the last month just from these alone! Very good sellers indeed!
Hardened Iron Shortsword - 700g in the last 2 months!
Frostguard - 1kg in the last 2 months..

and it goes on and on...

Recipe runs are a very sweet passive way to gain some extra gold, for repairs, gems or just that little bit to push your next thousand. If you're not doing them I would suggest starting, it takes five minutes and if there is no competition you can get up to 75g on some servers for them...75g for just flying around and clicking the mouse a few times. How much more awesome can it get!
